Two:Work principle

It is a new type of protective coupling to connect prime motor and the working machine through the magnetic force of permanent magnets. It adopts rare earth permanent magnetic field for magnetic levitation transmission. It can replace traditional hard (mechanical) connection to realize soft (magnetic) connection.

The starting current is reduced by 1/2-2/3.

The elastic displacement (angle) reaches 7.5°- 15° (maximum is 90°).

Transmission efficiency is almost 100% with no temperature rise.

Error of the millimeter level is allowed.

Non-destructive slipping protection (mechanical load).

Magnetic levitation transmission, vibration and noise isolation.

Super elasticity and impact cushion.

Advantages

Four:Application

The permanent magnet coupling can be used in belt conveyor,scraper conveyor,chain conveyor, bucket-wheel excavator,all kinds of lifting machine,ball mill,crusher,coal mill,air preheater,pump,bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer,centrifuge,mixer,injection molding machine,slag crusher,etc.

1、The permanent magnet coupling with brake wheel is used in bucket wheel machine's arm rotation system of power plant.(two motors linkage)

2、The permanent magnet coupling(basic type) is used in roller driving device of power plant.

Five:TYL type permanent magnet coupling structure diagram,characteristics and main technical parameters

● TYL type permanent magnetic coupling is the common type with two kinds of connection modes: single flange shaft sleeve and double flange shaft sleeve.

● Single flange shaft sleeve is suitable for small torque occasions and double flange shaft sleeve is suitable for large torque occasions.

● During installation, disassemble the flange shaft sleeve and install it on the drive shaft or load driven shaft, axially moving the motor to match the coupling bore.

● The shaft bore of the flange shaft sleeve and the shaft adopt transition fit or clearance fit. Cold charging is commonly used and hot charging is also feasible. It is equipped with set screws.

●Dimensions and tolerances of shaft bore keyway of flange shaft sleeve refer to GB/T 1095-2003.

●No need of accurate centering, installation and disassembly is convenient. Compact structure and maintenance free.

● TYLZ type permanent magnetic coupling is brake wheel type with two kinds of connection modes: single flange shaft sleeve and double flange shaft sleeve.

●The main dimensions of the brake wheel are based on the standards of the machinery industry, and can also be designed according to customers’ requirements.

● Adaptable to working conditions where there is frequent positive & negative rotation and braking.

● TYLX type permanent magnetic coupling is cantilever type, of which one end is plum-shaped half coupling and the other end is shaft bore.

● The dimensions of plum-shaped half coupling are based on the standards of the machinery industry, and can also be designed according to customers’ requirements.

● Adaptable to working conditions where there is frequent positive & negative rotation.

● During installation, disassemble the plum-shaped half coupling flange connection first, and insert the permanent magnetic coupling body into motor shaft, then install the plum-shaped half coupling on the permanent magnetic coupling body.

● During installation, disassemble the flange shaft sleeve and install it on the drive shaft or load driven shaft, axially moving the motor to match the coupling bore.

●Dimensions and tolerances of shaft bore keyway of flange shaft sleeve refer to GB/T 1095-2003.

Nine:Order description

1、If there is no special working conditions, select the permanent magnetic coupling by checking the selection table according to the power of the motor and the pole numbers or calculating the motor power and revolving speed. The safety coefficient value range is generally between 1.8 and 2.5.

2、When ordering goods, please provide shaft extension dimensions of the motor and working machine (reduction gear, etc.), including shaft diameter and tolerance fit, matched length and keyway size etc.

3、Order example: if motor power P=55KW, revolving speed=1480rpm, calculated nominal torque TN=355N•m, motor shaft diameter d1=60mm, reduction gear matched shaft diameter d2=55mm, then the selected permanent magnetic coupling can be simplified as TYL3-60/55.
