Resume：

During July,1985 and July，1991,worked in Zhenjiang threshing machine factory,from an ordinary technician to head of technical department,Xu junfeng always insisted on combing theory with practice,should know advantages of disadvantages of each part well in order to design reasonably useful products.

During July,1991 and May,1998，worked as factory director of Jiangnan magnetic separation equipment factory,responsible for the technical management of the company and workshop management,emphasize on the employee management, adhere to the production concept of people oriented,advocates ‘pragmatic and effective, everything is superior’,employees are required to achieve ‘self-discipline,self-control,loyalty,learning’.Detailed employee handbook,according to the closed-loop management of plan,management,implementation,supervision,inspection,evaluation.

During May,1998 and Oct,2014，as the executive director of Zhenjiang jiangnan mine electric machinery CO.,Ltd,put forward slogan of”innovation is the primary condition for the survival of the enterprise”,insisting on the idea of reforming the traditional industry with high and new technology.

From Oct,2014 till now，Zhenjiang Jiangnan Mine electric machinery Co.,Ltd reformed the overall shareholding in Oct.20th,2014,and officially renamed ‘Jiangsu Magnet Valley Technology INC.’Currently serves as chairman and general manager of incorporated company.Under the leadership of Xu junfeng,the company successfully landed on the third new board as the first stock in the area of permanent magnet transmission.
